If you put up a "Y" axis and a "X" axis, then you will have four separate quarters like this " t ".

Then, if the "Y: axis represents "Competence" and "X" axis represents "Personality", then you will have features as follows:

1) the upper right quarters for persons high in "Competence" and "Personality".
2) the lower right quarters for persons low in "Competence" but high in "Personality"
3) the upper left quarters for persons high in "Competence" and low in "Personality"
4) the lower left quarters for persons low in "Competence" and "Personality"

So, if you have friend/ employee in the 1st quarters, treassure them.
Those in 2nd quarters, groom them.
Those in 3rd quarters, avoid them.
Those in 4th quarters, forget them.
