Eagles have sharp eyes, strong claws and beaks, They are regarded as the kings of the sky. When they spread their wings, they can travel like wind hunting for their prey.

Despite their speed and strength, they have their weaknesses, too.

When they reach 40 years old, their feathers become too thick and hinder their movement. Their beaks become too long and curved, hindering their normal eating. Their claws age and become brittle, causing them to fail to grasp their preys.

At this point, they have 2 choices, either to die or to to be reborn.

Being the Kings of the sky, the eagles will fly to the summits and build their nets on the cliffs.

For five months, they stay in the net and the painful process of reborn takes place. Firstly, they hit their beaks to the stones until they detach. When the new beaks grow to maturity, they use them to remove the claws. When new claws grow to maturity, they use them to remove the feathers.

When new feathers grow thick and strong, this is the moment the eagles spread their wings again. At this point, they are ready to reach the higher latitude of the sky, in search for self actualization and the ultimate goals in their life...

Being at the age of 40s, I have been chasing my dreams and excellence with decades of study, searching for the knowledge and experiences in preparation for the ultimate goals. Perhaps it is time for rebirth..
